Pay : HK$9,400 per month
Key Responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate projects & research studies.
2. Identify useful patient outcome data and input into designated databases.
3. Edit, retrieve and print out clinical data from databases.
4. Carry out statistical process and analysis.
5. Assist physiotherapists to prepare and carryout assessments to patients.
6. Perform supervised subjective and objective assessments to patients, collect and compile assessment outcomes.
7. Answer patient's enquiries, arrange follow-up and trace outcome.
8. Co-ordinate with other specialists.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by project coordinator.
Entry Requirements
Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English (Syl B), Chinese and Mathematics or equivalent.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure
1. Adequate PC skills in all aspects of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, including Chinese Word processing.
2. Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese.
3. Good communication and social skills.
4. Preferably with experience in running patient care related programs.
Remarks
For Serving Staff
1. The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed-term appointment for up to 3 years.
2. The offer of salary to serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/employment terms of the staff concerned and prevailing policies.
3. The VNC for Category 3 posts are advertised within own hospital. If no suitable candidate is selected from the hospital where the vacancy arises, the vacant position will be opened to all staff within the HA. This post is advertised simultaneously in all HA hospitals in order to gain economy of time

4. Appointment will be on contract terms for up to 3 years. 5% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity may be offered subject to completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
For All Applicants
5. Required to wear uniform whilst on duty, work shifts and perform duty during typhoon, rainstorm and other emergencies.
6. May be required to work irregular hours on occasions.
7. The renewal/extension of appointment will be subject to service needs, availability of funding and job performance.
8. The salary package is subject to review by the management if required.
