Pay: HK$9,500 per month
Job Duties:
- Providing clerical support for ward operation;
- Managing patient data in various computer systems;
- Assisting nurses in emergency situation;
- Assisting ward rounds and follow-up actions;
- Assisting nurses in managing patients with psychiatric-oriented observation and communication skills;
- Assisting in organizing patient group activities involving hand on drawing and handicraft skills;
- Handling public enquiry;
- Data entry for clinical studies;
- Supervise clerical staffs' duties;
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent;
- Good Command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
- Excellent command in PC Application(Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Knowledge in patient care;
- Experience in planning & organizing activities.
Remarks
For Serving HA staff
The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment for 1-3 years. The offer of salary for serving employees upon changes in appointment will be determined based on the remuneration package/ employment terms of staff concerned and prevailing policies.
For External Applicants
Appointment will be on contract terms for an initial period of 1-3 years. 5% of total monthly basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon satisfactory completion of contract.
For all Applicants
- Selected candidates will be appointed as Contract General Services Assistant with monthly salary of $8,500 to provide service and to receive relevant in-service training. Upon satisfactory completion of the in-service training and passing requisite assessment/ trade test, they will be appointed as Contract Technical Services Assistant with monthly salary of $9,500;
- May be required to perform shift duties and return to post during inclement weather and other contingencies;
- May be required to wear uniform and return to post during typhoons, rainstorm and other contingencies;
